Kigali Taxi Services (KTS) is a subsidiary company of Business Communication Solutions (BCS) with a mission to offer a modern and efficient public taxi service that meets international standards.

Business Communication Solutions Group (BCS Group), is a service oriented company established by Rwandans with a mission to be the number one integrated services provider in Rwanda and throughout the Great Lakes Region and to support the Government of Rwanda’s vision to transform the Rwanda Economy into a knowledge-based economy. Currently BCS has branches in Burundi and the Eastern Congo.

The entire Great Lakes Region is an emerging economy and thus presents enormous opportunities for investing in the service industry. We at BCS want to take the lead by providing quality services in the region.

In line with the government’s vision to accelerate economic and social development and the desire of the City Council to provide modern and efficient services to the people of Rwanda, the Directors of KTS introduced in Kigali, and at a later point in other cities, a modern and efficient taxi service (voiture) that meets international public transport standards. In particular, we wish to provide a service that is designed to meet the stringent demands of the increasing number of tourists visiting our country.
While our services will be open to all Rwandans, the following groups are expected to be the main beneficiaries:

• Tourists and Leisure groups (local and foreigners)
• Officials coming to attend international conferences
• Hotels (Intercontinental, Milles Collines, Novotel, Kivu Sun, Gorilla Hotel, Gorilla Nest, etc)
• Entry points such as the Kigali International Airport (KIA)
• Businessmen and individuals
• Corporate (staff transport, banks, any other pick up or delivery requests)
• Functions (weddings, funerals, etc)
